Tanveer Foundation

Tanveer Foundation is a nonprofit, state of Michigan registered, IRS 501 (c) (3) charitable tax exempted organization. It is established in year 2012 under the guidance and supervision of Hazrat Mufti Mohammed Navalur Rahman Sahib. The foundation beholds a huge mission for the Muslim ummah and projects to fulfill the community’s social, economical, and ethical needs through following programs.

The Prophet of Allah (Sallallahu ‘Alayhi Wassalam) has said:

“Charity does not in any way decrease the wealth and the servant who forgives, Allah adds to his respect; and the one who shows humility, Allah elevates him in the estimation (of the people). ”Narrated by Imam Muslim

Tanveer Foundation is a Tax deductible 501 (c) (3) charitable institution registered with IRS in the state of Michigan.

The board has purchased 12,000 sq ft building on a 10 Acre lot that houses around 1000 capacity Prayer Halls, 10 classrooms, furnished commercial kitchen, and parking lot for approximately 250 cars to fulfill Muslim community’s needs. It is situated within a mile of Oakwood Heritage hospital and few miles from Oakwood main hospital and Ford Motor Company.

We have inspiring vision and various projects for the community. But currently we are focusing on obtaining certificate of occupancy that requires repairs of the building, fixing of the leaks, installation of the carpet, and construction of wuddu area.

Please donate generously, so we could start offering five daily Salah and Friday prayer in this location. This is a great opportunity to participate in a continuous charity (Al-Sadaqah Al-Jariyyah).
